Cancellation Information

Overnight Trips

50% of trip cost, or adverised deposit amount, is due at the time of trip registration. The remainder is due by the RSVP date.  Passengers seeking to cancel for any reason including medical or family reasons are subject to the following cancellation fees (unless you have purchased travel insurance):

  • 45 to 16 days before travel starts - All non-refundable expenses incurred or 50% of fare (wichever is greater) are non-refundable.
  • 15 days or less before travel starts - 100% of  fare is non-refundable.
  • If RSVP is earlier than above schedule, then 100% of fare is non-refundable at RSVP date.
  • Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings.
  • The price involving air transportation is subject to change if the group falls below 10 people.
  • There may be an up-charge if you sign up after the RSVP date (dictated by increase of admissions fee).
  • In this fluctuting economy, tours which include air travel may have rates that are subject to change.  If the package price is subject to increase, a consumer has 7 days from the receipt of notice, to cancel and receive a full refund. (per DOT compliancy notice)

Day Trips

For day trips, payment in full is due at time of registration or by the RSVP date. 

  • Cancellation before 72 hours of the trip will be subject to $10 handling fee and all non-refundable fees to us. 
  • Cancellations for any reason within 72 hours are non-refundable.


Responsibility

Situations may arise which, in the opinion of Inland Empire Tours, make it necessary to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled departure, change itineraries and make substitutions involving hotels, restaurants, other travel components, vehicles, or other modes of transportation.  If this should occur, Inland Empire Tours does not assume responsibility or liability for any losses, inconvenience, or expenses incurred by passengers as a result.  Your full tour fare will be refunded, however, if the trip is canceled prior to initial embarkation.  Inland Empire Tours is not required to make reunds once travel commences regardless of the reason for the passenger being unable to complete his or her travel.  

Inland Empire Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.
