Please call our office (509) 747-1335 or email inlandempiretours@hotmail.com to register or inquire about a trip. If your phone number or address changes, please contact us so we can update you with trip and pick up information. Your registration is not firm until we receive payment.

Trips to Canada or by air will require additional information such as birthdate, legal name, and passport information.

Making Payments

We accept  VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express over the phone.  If mailing a check or money order, make it out to Inland Empire Tours, PO Box 30935, Spokane, WA 99223

Past the RSVP date?

Since sometimes cancellations do occur, it is okay to call after the RSVP date has passed.  We may have an opening available for you at the last minute. There may be an up-charge if you sign up after the RSVP date (dictated by a increase of admissions fee) and seating may be outside of our reserved block.

When is Payment Due?

  • For day trips, payment is due at time of registration or by the RSVP date.
  • For overnight trips, 50%, or the advertised deposit amount, is due at time of registration. The remainder is due by the RSVP date.

Chidren's Fares

Children 10 and under are 1/2 price for day trips. Contact the office for overnight trip prices. 

"Lap children" ride free on trips such as Chistmas Lights. Contact the office for other trips.

Special Needs

Collapsible walkers and wheelchairs can be accommodated; however, the traveler will need to be able to step up into the bus and walk to a seat. Our bus does not have a restroom, but we routinely stop every 1 1/2 - 2 hours for your comfort.
